Vintage extremely clean Benrus all stainless steel, topload waterproof type case, driven by a pristine rose gilt Benrus model DR2LI ETA CAL 2372 manual wind model movement, featuring a clean, stunning, pearl dress dial. 904 Every effort has been made to show all possible detail with photographs. All photos are of actual watch in auction. MOVEMENT: Clean, pristine, rose gilt 17 jewel Benrus model DR2LI ETA CAL 2372 manual wind movement is signed: “Benrus Watch Co. Inc., seventeen 17 jewels, model DR2LI, ETA 2372, AXZ, Swiss.” Movement is clean, and runs well, however has not been bench tested for precise accuracy or recently serviced. CASE: Clean, thin, round, all stainless steel, topload, waterproof type case measures 31.52 mm across without signed recessed crown, 38.20 mm lug tip to tip, and 16 mm between lugs. Case back is signed: “Benrus, stainless steel, series #3051, waterproof, shock absorbing, dust proof, open through crystal.” Crystal is clean and clear. DIAL: Beautiful clean, pearl, dress dial features black enamaled double raised hashes at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock, with raised hashes at remaining hours, lumed stick hour and minute hands with sweep second hand. Dial is signed: “Benrus, Shock Absorber, Swiss”. BAND: Fitted with black, stitched, textured band as shown. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact seller. Stunning vintage large all stainless steel top load waterproof type case, driven by a clean rose gilt model DR2F ETA CAL 2372 17 jewel manual wind movement, featuring a beautiful dial with light patina/wear (see photos).
